GVL in Berkeley

GVL at UC Berkeley is run by Prof. Ikhlaq Sidhu at the Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology. Through teaching, programs, and research, CET equips engineers and scientists with the skills to lead, innovate, and commercialize technology in the global economy. CET holds the annual Global Technology Leaders' Conference and runs the Global Venture Lab Network.

The Global Venture Lab Network is an alliance of leading academic institutions sharing common research and educational programs that are likely to lead to new industry and economic growth. The goal of the network is to share best practices to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in a university environment with the intent to help create new companies and industries.
